Deferred Payment Terms:

Our standard payment terms require payment of the purchase price in full in advance of the release of documentation.You have agreed to accept full and unconditional liability to pay the full purchase price by way of PayPal weekly subscription as appears on the Worklicence NZ website ("the deferred payment arrangement") .

We have agreed to vary our standard payment terms to allow you an extended period to pay. Where we do not receive any scheduled payment by the due date, we may charge you default interest at the rate of 2.5% per month (”the default interest rate”), compounding daily until the outstanding amount is paid in full. In the event of any default by you, where an arrangement for the payment of the outstanding balance is not reached between us, we may charge you for our reasonable costs and disbursements (including any legal fees we may incur on a full Solicitor/Client basis) required to recover any outstanding balance as well as interest on any such amount at the default interest rate. You acknowledge that any default in this extended payment arrangement will void the arrangement and any amount outstanding (including interest and costs) will be payable as from the date on which this agreement was entered into (the date of this email). We shall not be obliged to draw any such default to your attention and any acceptance by us of any payment from you after any such default shall in no circumstances amount to a waiver of our rights under this agreement.

All correspondence between the parties to this agreement may be exchanged by way of email to the recipient’s email address for correspondence (“address for correspondence”) which shall be any email address used for correspondence between the parties, or any alternative email address notified as such from time to time to the recipient’s address for correspondence.

All correspondence addressed to the recipient’s address for correspondence at any given time shall be deemed for all purposes to have been received by the recipient.You agree to provide us with any recognised form of Photographic Identification, of a type and to a standard acceptable to us, prior to the release of any documentation, and you agree to provide us with immediate written notice by email of any change to your physical address.In the event that any default is not remedied by you within 7 days of the default date, you hereby authorise your employer to deduct the amount of the weekly payment due, from your wages and for that weekly amount to be paid into the nominated bank account of Worklicence New Zealand, until the outstanding balance under this agreement has been paid in full.
